4. What is the average time from issue of proceedings to judgment, if not defended? Approx 6 weeks to legal force (res judicata)
5. What is the average time from judgment to the first enforcement method by the court? From judgment to enforcement order approx two weeks; from then to enforcement by the bailiff, approx three months
