Wednesday, 13th October

Board members (and observers)

  • World Link for Law Board Meeting – Abbey Room (Lobby level), Royal Olympic Hotel, 3.15– 5.30pm

Delegates and Spouses/Guests

  • Pre-dinner drinks and 3 course dinner at Daphne’s restaurant (7.30 pm- 10.30pm; meet in hotel lobby for short walk at 7.15pm).

 Thursday, 14th October

Delegates

  • Conference programme (see below) – from 8.45am – Templar’s Hall (Lobby level)
  • Buffet lunch - (delegates only) – 12.45/1.00pm – Abbey Room – next to conference room

Spouses/Guests

  • Plaka (guided) walking tour (10.00am-2.00pm – meet in lobby at 9.45am)

Delegates and Spouses/Guests

  • Dinner and traditional musical entertainment at Geros Toy Moria restaurant in the Plaka. (8.30pm to 10.30pm). Meet in Hotel lobby at 7.15pm (for short walk to nearby bar; then onto restaurant.)

Friday, 15th October

  • Conference programme (see below) - 9.00am -  Templar’s Hall (Lobby level)
  • Annual General Meeting of World Link for Law (members only) – 9.30am
  • Buffet lunch - (delegates only) - 1.00pm – Abbey Room – next to conference room

  • Benaki Museum and shopping tour (9.30am to 1.30pm – meet in lobby at 9.15am)

Delegates and Spouses/Guests

  • Guided city tour by bus from the hotel with Acropolis tour (2.45pm to 5.45pm – meet in lobby at 2.30pm)
  • Gala Dinner in the Panorama Room, Royal Olympic hotel (Top floor) - 7.30pm for pre-dinner drinks; dinner at 8.30pm

Saturday, 16th October

Delegates and Spouses/Guests

  • Full day Argolis/Peloponnese excursion by bus (9.15am to 7.00pm – meet in lobby at 9.00am)
  • Group dinner at restaurant in the Kolonaki district of the city, (meet in lobby at 8.00pm for taxis)

Dress Code: business suits or jacket/tie for conference meetings and Friday hotel based dinner; for all other events - smart/casual.
