BOSTON, USA , 26-29 SEPTEMBER 2007
The 20th Annual Conference will be held between Wednesday,
26th and Saturday, 29th September in Boston - 'the walking
city', so named by virtue of its size comparitive to many
other North American cities. Steeped in history, this waterfront
city comprises the traditional brown stone houses of Beacon
Hill with its cobbled streets, fused with the high rise
buildings of downtown; the fashionable shopping streets
around the Back Bay; the academic instutions such as Harvard;
the technology parks of Cambridge; and the various legacies
of J F Kennedy. Key landmarks and features also include:
The State House; J F Kennedy library; Faneuil Hall and Quincy
Market; the Freedom Trail; the USS Constitution; The Old
North Church, Paul Revere's House, and nearby attractions
such as Salem, Cape Cod and ocean whale watching.
The conference hotel is the 5 star Langham Hotel, located
in the 'downtown' financial district of Boston, with easy
access to the harbour front (short walking distance); the
world renowned 'Freedom Trail' that passes close by and
across other parts of the city. The conference will include
many informative discussions and workshop sessions, as well
as social events, with numerous opportunities to meet World
Link for Law colleagues.
Overview
Thursday (27th) and Friday (28th) are the 'conference days',
