World Link for Law is registered in Switzerland as an international association at Bahnhofstrasse 70, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland.

The Association is effectively owned by each member in equal shares. Constitutionally the Association has Rules and Regulations. The Rules concern the Association's organisation, structure and its compliance issues, whilst the Regulations determine the methods by which the Rules are followed and determined. There is an elected Board. We aim to ensure that Board members represent a variety of international jurisdictions. Currently there are Board members located in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, England, Brazil, United States of America, Denmark, France, The Netherlands, Romania and Turkey..
