The firm was founded in 1991 following the election of the founding partner, Mr Michael Kyprianou, as a member of the Cypriat parliament. Until then Mr Kyprianou had been senior counsel at the office of the Attorney General of Cyprus. The firm specialises in international work and has an ever increasing list of international clients. In particular the firm provides legal opinions and tax planning solutions to international clients e.g. loan facility agreements.
