Application for membership is made by completing an Application Form, which is available upon request, email: rachel@worldlink-law.com . There is no cost to make an application. This form asks for general details about your firm, legal skills, work practices; and two references. Once completed, this form is circulated to our Board of Directors for acceptance (or to ask further questions). Where possible, we arrange for a meeting (physically or on-line) with one of our Board directors or Regional Centre Firm representative. Membership starts after payment of the ‘one off’ joining fee (£275GBP) and the annual membership fee (pro rata to the time of joining), which is based on the number of partners in your firm (or selected offices). New members are also obliged to sign an Acceptance of Membership form acknowledging World Link for Law’s Quality Code and to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Association (essentially constitutional documents, also concerning voting procedures, etc.).
