The 2024 World Link for conference (for member firms only or invited guests) jointly hosted with Brazilian member firm Montgomery, will be held between Tuesday 4th June and Thursday 6th June in the vibrant and dynamic city of São Paulo, Brazil. The main conference/business agenda days are on Wednesday 5th June and Thursday 6th June, up to lunchtime.
The conference will be held at the stylish and modern Pullman Hotel, Vila Olimpia, located on the south west side of the city centre in a main business district of the city. Further details are in Tourist Information, which contains information about how to get to the conference hotel.
The conference will include many informative presentations and discussions, as well as social events, with numerous opportunities to meet World Link for Law colleagues.
Separately, from 7-9 June, there is an optional 2-day excursion to Rio de Janeiro, with air travel from SP to Rio, staying at the Hilton hotel on Copacabana Beach; with two upmarket external dinners; and a city excursion including Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. This tour has been arranged by Montgomery. Booking and payment will be to the organising Travel Agent, not World Link.

Friday, 7th June (for those going on the Rio extension)
10:00 am – Breakfast, check-out, for those going on the Rio tour - transfer to airport for flight to Rio.
PM – After arriving in Rio, check in to hotel, afternoon excursions.

Saturday, 8th June
Full day excursion.
Sunday, 9th June
Free day and check out from hotel in Rio. Participants to travel independently back home.

Young Lawyer (50% discount)- £280 (The Social Events are at full price, but optional).
The prices include all conference delegate materials, conference lunches and coffee breaks and access to Special Interest Group meetings before the main conference, but not the social events. The Young Lawyers reduced delegate price is conditional on a booking (and attendance) by a principal delegate of the firm. Please note there is a limit to the room block at the Pullman Hotel, Vila Olimpia, São Paulo.
