M & A Law Corporation is based in central Singapore and has 4 principal directors, who were previously the heads of the Litigation Department and senior members of another local firm which had gone through a significant amount of restructuring. The firm represents a broad spectrum of business enterprises, institutional clients, and individuals. The main area of practice is in litigation and arbitration with a growing practice and reputation in corporate and commercial matters.
